China Infrastructure Investment Limited was incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability whose shares are listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Company is primarily an investment holding company and its investment portfolio includes (i) property investment; and (ii) natural gas businesses.

The board of directors of the Company comprises experienced businessmen of whom some of them having over 20 years of experience in the property markets.

It is the objective of the Group to participate in the natural gas industry in the PRC with a view of benefiting from the rural development policy of the PRC government, thereby offering the Group promising prospects. In the meantime, the Group has always been striving to identify appropriate infrastructure projects in the PRC in order to enhance its existing investment portfolio.
